After a rental is complete, both renters and boat owners have the opportunity to leave feedback for each other through comments and ratings.
As a boat owner, you cannot delete a review left by a renter. However, you are encouraged to respond to reviews, even negative ones, to provide your perspective or address any concerns.
To reply to a review:
Rent Boat Cyprus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any review that violates our community guidelines. This includes comments that are racist, discriminatory, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate. Furthermore, repeated violations of these guidelines may result in account suspension.
