As a boat owner on Rent Boat Cyprus, you are responsible for creating and providing invoices to your renters for the full rental amount.

Because Rent Boat Cyprus acts as a booking platform and is not a party to the rental contract, we cannot legally issue invoices. However, we do provide renters with payment receipts.

Your invoice must include the following information:

• The word “Invoice” clearly displayed.
• A unique invoice number (which can be the same as the reservation number).
• The invoice issue date.
• Your name or company name.
• Your registered business address and billing address (if different).
• Your VAT number, tax identification number, and legal company structure.
• The renter’s name and contact details (including both billing and delivery addresses if they differ).
• The renter’s VAT identification number if they are a business.
• The total amount paid by the renter (the rental price, including the Rent Boat Cyprus commission).
• Payment terms (deadlines, deposit amounts).
