Our algorithm evaluates several key metrics to determine eligibility:

• Responsiveness: Maintain a confirmation time to renter inquiries of less than 24 hours.
• Cancellation Rate: Keep your cancellation rate below 10%.
• Booking Activity: Have at least two accepted bookings.
• Reviews: Secure at least one booking with a review.
• Overall Rating: Maintain an overall rating above 4.5 stars.

Our system automatically assesses your performance monthly. This means your “Top-Rated Host” status is also reviewed monthly, giving you the opportunity to earn it or regain it if your performance meets the criteria.
