Before a booking is confirmed (accepted and paid), all communication between you and the renter should take place through the messaging tool available within your Rent Boat Cyprus account. This allows you to exchange questions and information effectively.

Once a booking is confirmed, you will have access to the renter’s phone number and email address through the booking details page. The renter will also have access to your contact information.

While phone communication is now possible, we strongly recommend continuing to use the Rent Boat Cyprus messaging system. This centralized communication log helps maintain a clear record of all interactions, which can be useful for reference and documentation if needed.
