When you submit a booking request, there are three possible outcomes:
- Accepted: The owner accepts your request, your card is charged, and your booking is confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with the booking details and the owner’s contact information.
- Refused: The owner declines your request, and your card is not charged. You may receive an email explaining the reason for refusal.
- Expired: The owner doesn’t respond within the deadline, and your request expires.
Managing Multiple Requests:
If you’ve sent multiple booking requests for the same dates, the system will automatically cancel any pending requests once one request is accepted. This prevents accidental double-bookings and ensures you’re only charged for one rental.
