If a renter possesses a sailing license but you have concerns about their actual sailing expertise and ability to safely operate the boat independently, you have two options:
- Offer a Professional Skipper: You can offer the renter the option of hiring a professional skipper. The renter would be responsible for paying the skipper directly at the harbor.
- Request a Cancellation: You can request our customer care team to cancel the booking. In this case, no cancellation penalty fees will be applied to you, and your chosen refund policy will be honored.
To request a cancellation:
- Log in to your Rent Boat Cyprus account.
- Go to “My Bookings.”
- Select the relevant booking and click “Cancel.”
